In a bid to bring members of the Kogi ACReSAL Steering and Technical Committees up to speed on the PDO of the ACReSAL Project, and what the Project sets out to achieve, the Kogi ACReSAL PMU is organizing a Retreat for members of its SSC & STC.

In line with the Project Implementation Manual (PIM) of the ACReSAL Project, Kogi State ACReSAL has successfully inaugurated its Local Government Implementation Committees across the Local Governments of intervention, namely – ADAVI/OKENE, KABBA-BUNU & ANKPA LGAs.

It’s no longer news that the Government of Kogi State, through the instrumentality of Kogi State ACReSAL will be carrying out various intervention programs in several communities across the three Senatorial Districts of the State.

Highlights of the Mission to Bauchi was a courtesy call on the Governor of Bauchi State, a visit to the Yankari Games Reserve, where important working tools (HD Digital Cameras, PPEs, Flashlights, etc) were donated to the management of the Reserve by the Bauchi State ACReSAL, as well as the official Launch of the ACReSAL Project in Bauchi State…

During the Engineering session, emphasis was placed on the need to engage world class Engineering Design and Supervision Firms by PMUs, considering that the Engineering team of the World Bank is not expected to dissipate too much energy on fixing the shortcomings of poorly prepared Engineering Designs.
