During the Engineering session, emphasis was placed on the need to engage world class Engineering Design and Supervision Firms by PMUs, considering that the Engineering team of the World Bank is not expected to dissipate too much energy on fixing the shortcomings of poorly prepared Engineering Designs.

Day 3 of the ongoing Hybrid Mission focused on a deep dive into Component “C” (Institutional Strengthening, etc.)…

Continuing its drive towards combating the menace of climate change and global warming, Kogi State Government, through the ACReSAL Project has once again trained rural women in Ankpa, Kogi East Senatorial District, and distributed clean cook stoves to them.

In continuation of its drive towards combating the menace of climate change and global warming, Kogi State Government, through the ACReSAL Project has again trained rural women in Omigbo, Kabba LGA, and distributed clean cook stoves to them.

The Audit team extolled the leadership qualities of the Project Coordinator, and urged her to continue with the good work, whilst equally admonishing the Project Internal Auditor, as well as the Accountants and Procurement Officer to continue to be at their best for the good of the Project.

In it’s quest to combat the menace of climate change and global warming, Kogi State ACReSAL has successfully flagged off the distribution of clean cook stoves to rural women in Okene, the Central Senatorial District, and which will be replicated in the Eastern and Western Senatorial Districts of the State.
