In line with the Project Implementation Manual (PIM) of the ACReSAL Project, Kogi State ACReSAL has successfully inaugurated its Local Government Implementation Committees across the Local Governments of intervention, namely – ADAVI/OKENE, KABBA-BUNU & ANKPA LGAs.
While in Okene, before commencing the business of the day, the Project Coordinator and her team proceeded to the Palace of HRH, ALH. ISAH MAMMAN OKATAHI, the OHI of Okene to receive his blessings.
The Project Coordinator’s message was the same across all the Local Governments visited; she enjoined Committee Members to key into the Project Development Objective of the ACReSAL Project, as their support would not only help the SPMU succeed in it’s overall task of Project Coordination and Management, but would form the bedrock of the success of the Project in Kogi State.
The Project Coordinator, Barr. Ladi Ahmed Jatto took time to enumerate the duties and roles of the LIMC, and urged Members to be alive to their responsibilities, as failure to do so could adversely affect the progress and performance of the Project. She further assured them of the total support of the SPMU towards making their work easy.
In Adavi Local Govt., the Executive Chairman assured the Project Coordinator of the Local Government’s support towards making the Project a success.
The message of support was the same across all th Local Governments, as Committee Members pledged their support and dedication in ensuring the success and longevity of the Project in their various Communities.
