Kogi ACReSAL Closes and Opens Proposals on Engineering Supervision at ETAHI, OMIGBO and ANKPA Gully Sites – Advocates for spirit of Sportsmanship among Bidders

Earlier today, Kogi ACReSAL closed and opened Technical Proposals for Engineering Supervision Consultancy assignment at Etahi, Omigbo and Ankpa Gully Sites.

Declaring the exercise Closed/Opened, the Project Coordinator, Kogi ACReSAL, Barr. Ladi Ahmed Jatto – OON, who was represented by the Project Accountant, Pastor Ojo Michael said that, ACReSAL’s trademark was transparency and so, all bidders should embrace all outcomes from the evaluation process. She assured bidders that the submitted FINANCIAL PROPOSALS would not be opened until due diligence had been done to TECHNICAL PROPOSALS received.

Speaking further, the Project Coordinator restated ACReSAL’s Commitment to transparency and Objectivity. According to her, the menace of gully erosion had greatly devastated the communities of intervention in Etahi, Omigbo, and Ankpa, destroying farmlands and infrastructure; therefore, the Project cannot afford to toy with the evaluation process.

She equally used the opportunity to hail the unrelenting support of His Excellency, governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, who has demonstrated his determination to nip in the bud the menace of Gully Erosion in the State.

Adding his voice to the PC’s remarks, the Procurement Officer, Arc. Opaluwa, assured the participating firms that only an evidently qualified firm will be engaged for the assignment, as the Project is in collaboration with the World Bank, which is known for excellence; hence, only the best can be good enough for the task at hand.

A total of 7 firms submitted Technical and Financial Proposals for the assignment.
