The breakaway session on Procurement dealt with issues bordering on Contract Management on STEP; it was an exciting session, as the African Regional STEP champion helped us understand the basic steps in delegating the responsibility of Contract Management on STEP to relevant PIU staff.
Summarily, the entire sessions for the Day were quite educative!
